You agree not to apply for Unsecured Loans or Lines of credit to any lenders that Financial IQ advised you to for 180 days from ending services with Financial IQ. Once we review your application we will work directly with you giving you our opinion on the right approach to obtain financial consideration. Some credit providers we have direct relationships with, and some we will use our expert knowledge to help you obtain your approvals.

You agree to pay Financial IQ an advisement fee of 8% of the gross loan amount you obtain through our help.

Financial IQ fee is independent of any bank and is solely for consulting and strategic advisement provided by Financial IQ. You the client are required to submit your information true and correct to every lender.

This agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois applicable to agreements entered and to be wholly performed within the State of Illinois. This agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their successors and permitted assigns including, without limitation, any individual or entity to which you assign any rights in the project. You are bound under Illinois law and default of this agreement will be subject to the State of Illinois civil court.
